The ballot initiatives passed in Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, and New York. In Missouri, the passage of Amendment 3 undoes the state’s near total abortion ban. Abortion is now allowed up to fetal viability. In Arizona, where abortion was previously banned after 15 weeks, access will also be expanded through viability.
