Eva Longoria brought a sparkling presence to the red carpet for the Global Gift Gala in Paris on Friday. The “Flamin’ Hot” filmmaker turned the red carpet event into a family affair, posing for photos alongside her 6-year-old son, Santiago Enrique Bastón.
Longoria opted for a selection from Oscar de la Renta‘s pre-fall 2024 collection. The strapless gown featured glittering elements in silver throughout in a crystal fern embellished look with semi-sheer base fabric.
Cascading along the bodice and skirt of the gown was the abstract fern motif, merging fluid silver, botanical-like design with glittering embellishments. The strapless dress featured a form-fitting silhouette with a cinched waist.
Longoria accessorized with minimal jewelry, save for a delicate shimmering necklace to complement her dress. The actress and filmmaker’s hair was styled straight with a middle part. Her makeup featured a bold eye and lip by Jordan Deal. Longoria’s look was curated by stylist Maeve Reilly.
While posing on the red carpet, Santiago joined his mom for a few photos. Santiago wore a suit with sneakers for the occasion. Longoria shares Santiago with her husband of eight years, José Antonio Bastón.
Longoria’s dress was designed by Oscar de la Renta’s co-creative directors Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia. The collection highlighted a few botanical inspirations, with poppies, carnations and ferns throughout. Suited looks in the collection featured pinstripe and plaid woven prints.
Longoria joins a growing list of celebrities who’ve recently favored designs by Oscar de la Renta. Throughout her press tour for her forthcoming film “The Last Showgirl,” Pamela Anderson has worn several designs by Oscar de la Renta, including a white fringe fil coupé blouse and trouser set from the pre-spring 2025 collection at the 2024 Zurich Film Festival on Friday.
Lauren Sánchez also wore an off-the-shoulder navy gown with see-through fabric and delicate floral lace work by Oscar de la Renta at the Kering Caring for Women Dinner in New York City on Sept. 9.
