Head Sportswear to Create Vonn Collection of Women’s Skiwear

It may not make you ski like Lindsey Vonn but women who aspire to at least dress like the downhill skiing legend will have a new choice next year.

Head Sportswear, which has partnered with the Olympic gold medalist and 82-time World Cup winner on a Legacy collection of high-end performance sportswear since 2020, is now expanding its relationship with the athlete.

The two are teaming to develop a new brand, Vonn, which will incorporate the skier’s experience on the slopes with Head Sportswear’s apparel manufacturing expertise gleaned over the past seven decades.

The first collection will hit the market in fall 2025 and will feature a ski assortment for women that blends cutting-edge technical materials with luxurious fabrics in a modern style. The palette for the launch collection will center around natural tones such as off-white, beige, navy and orange and the silhouettes will be both contemporary and athletic. The brand will have its own distinct logo and the launch will be supported by an image campaign and a dedicated marketing strategy.

International distribution for Vonn will be handled by Diewertarbeit GmbH, led by Marco Lauer. That company also oversees the luxury ski line Sease. Lauer will work with Jessica Goodman, vice president of sales, North America for Head Sportswear, and will report to Roman Stepek, the brand’s vice president of global.

“We are excited to build on the achievements of our Legacy line with Lindsey Vonn and are dedicated to making Vonn a new success story on its own that will thrive far beyond the slopes, reaching a new, modern sportswear audience,” Stepek said.
