Kansas City is spreading the light of Hanukkah in a big way, marking the third consecutive year of public celebrations with a menorah lighting at City Hall. The event took place Thursday evening, with a ceremony inside city council chambers and the lighting of a 12-foot menorah outside in front of City Hall.
