A video sent to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 shows the storm blowing through the Blackridge/Penn Hills area. The video then shows the wind picking up on Gaywood Drive Tuesday afternoon as a car drives up the road. A large tree begins to tip over in the rain and wind just as the car passes, toppling over onto one parked in front of the home.
