Rachel Zegler Continues Her Method Dressing Streak for ‘Snow White’ in Richard Quinn Look on ‘Jimmy Kimmel,’ Sings ‘Waiting on a Wish’

Rachel Zegler made the latest stop on her “Snow White” promotional tour with an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Monday in Los Angeles. The actress performed “Waiting on a Wish,” a song from the live action adaptation of the Disney animated classic.

For her performance, Zegler wore a look courtesy of Richard Quinn‘s spring 2025 ready-to-wear collection that was wholly evocative of the iconic Disney princess played by Zegler in the film. The minidress featured a soft, velvety, bright red hue contrasted by a white bodice.

The dress’ white bodice featured some corsetry detailing and a dramatic sweetheart neckline. At the base of the plunging neckline was a white bow with sharp angles to contrast the sinuous design of the dress. Zegler wore a pair of Betsey Johnson heels to go along with the look, and accessorized with jewelry pieces by Melissa Kaye and FoundRae.

As for her glam, Zegler’s raven-black hair was styled with soft waves and a few strands to artfully frame her face by stylist Clayton Hawkins. Her makeup was done by Allan Avendaño with assistance by Ruby Vo. Zegler’s look was curated by stylist Sarah Slutsky Tooley.

Richard Quinn’s spring 2025 collection made its runway debut during London Fashion Week in September 2024. “His spring 2025 collection was designed ‘with the most meaningful moments of our lives in mind’ and for women who cherish the ‘act of dressing for the occasion,’ according to the cream-colored card placed on each seat,” Miles Socha wrote in WWD’s review of the collection and show.

“The collection did not veer far from recent ones, riffing on familiar eveningwear archetypes — regal columns, debutante fit-and-flare ballgowns, fishtail numbers and minidresses — all frosted with dense floral embroideries, neat little satin bows and dramatic frills at the necks and wrist. Quinn had a lock on demure long before Jools Lebron fired up a TikTok account.”

“Snow White,” directed by Marc Webb, follows the titular Disney princess, played by Zegler, as she fights to liberate her kingdom from her stepmother the Evil Queen, played by Gal Gadot, once and or all. The film hits theaters on Friday.
