NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Norfolk Police Department and Norfolk Fire-Rescue are responding in force to a car crash along Granby Street and Kingsley Lane.
Images from the scene show an SUV overturned while another vehicle is heavily damaged as a result of the accident. There is a heavy emergency personnel and police presence.
A witness claimed the overturned vehicle landed in the parking lot of an apartment complex building and hit several parked cars before catching fire.
