Jared Leto arrived to the gala in 2019 with one of the night’s most eye-catching accessories, a wax mold of his own head. The look, designed by Alessandro Michele for Gucci, was inspired by the brand’s fall 2018 runway show in which one of the models carried a similar carbon copy of her own likeness under her arm like a clutch bag.
